We are proud to announce Brad Neuhart Auctioneers 2024 Fall Consignment Auction dates are Friday 11/29/24 and Saturday 11/30/24. Due to overwhelming response of consignors, the 2024 auction will be THREE DAYS again. On FRIDAY 11/29 at 10am we will be selling Tools, Hardware, Building Materials and other Smalls/Farm Antiques LIVE, IN-PERSON and ON-SITE in Milan, MI. On Saturday 11/30 at 7am we will host a FREE Pancake Breakfast for all attendees - SPONSORED BY WAYNE COUNTY FARM BUREAU, then at 8:30 we will be selling 1-2 wagons of tools & smalls and then we will be selling large equipment and vehicles (3 RINGS - BRING A FRIEND) LIVE, IN-PERSON and ON-SITE in Milan, MI with LIVE Online Bidding Available on Select Items - DO NOT BE LATE! The final day of the auction will consist of approx. 700 lots of farm toys, memorabilia and pedal tractors selling ONLINE ONLY from the Richard Hauk Estate. The auction is hosted at Brad Neuhart’s Farm in Milan, MI. This sale is the highlight sale of the year in southeast Michigan, giving sellers the opportunity to market their items to a nationwide audience for a low commission rate WITH NO EXTRA CHARGES!!!!! Buyers this is also your opportunity to purchase some of the best equipment and tools in the region with NO BUYERS FEES!! This is your chance to turn those items no longer needed into cash. Consignor checks will be mailed out 10 business days from auction (12/13/24). TO CONSIGN: Open consignments will accepted (NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED, JUST BRING YOUR ITEMS): Saturday, 11/9/24 (9am-5pm); Saturday 11/16/24 through Monday 11/18/24 (9am-5pm daily) and Thursday 9/21/24 through Saturday 11/23/24 (9am-5pm daily). SATURDAY 11/23/24 IS THE LAST DAY FOR CONSIGNMENTS! NO consignments will be accepted after 11/23/24 without prior approval. We are already full for small tools and misc. wagon items. We are still accepting large tools that do not fit on wagons.
