Rollo and Brad are honored to serve as the head auctioneers for the 2026 Monroe County 4-H Small Animal Association Auction! 4-H is a youth development organization that empowers young people through hands-on learning experiences, helping them gain valuable life skills and knowledge in a variety of areas. The youth participating in this auction have dedicated countless hours to raising high-quality animals, and their hard work truly shows. This auction is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, and we warmly invite you to come out and support these incredible young individuals. When you purchase an animal, you have two great options: Re-sell the animal — The proceeds from the second sale go directly to support the Monroe County 4-H program. Send it to a processor — Enjoy some delicious, farm-fresh meat, raised with care and dedication. If you've never purchased an animal at a 4-H auction before, don't worry — the process is simple, straightforward, and our team will be there to help every step of the way. This is a nice clean online only country auction at the former Pick-U-Park Strawberry Farm. Bidding will open at the beginning of August and run until bidding closes on Sunday August 16,2026 at 7pm eastern. This sale includes tractors, smaller farm machinery, tools, berry equipment/supplies and more. We will host an in-person preview on Wednesday 8/12/26 from 11am-3pm at the farm - 8779 N. Dixboro Rd. South Lyon, MI 48178. Item payment and pickup will be on Tuesday 8/18/26 at the farm from 9am-3pm.

Brad Neuhart Auctioneers are honored to have been chosen by the family of Frank Rochowiak to conduct one final auction—bringing to a close the remarkable journey of a man whose passion helped shape the agricultural collecting community. For over 60 years, Frank dedicated his life to preserving and educating others on agricultural history. Known and respected as a true pillar among collectors and his community, his farm became a place where stories were shared, friendships were formed, and vintage iron, literature, and memorabilia were saved for future generations. This auction represents the final opportunity to carry forward the pieces Frank spent a lifetime assembling. Offered at ONLINE-ONLY public auction, this incredible collection includes tractors, farm equipment, toys, manuals, memorabilia, and an extensive assortment of parts from all colors—each item a reflection of Frank’s dedication, knowledge, and love for the hobby.
